All items are shipped via Canada Post Small Package Air .No tracking# with this method, but is list expensive due to weight of the items. Upgrades are available by request . All Canadian Cities must provide postal code to estimate delivery as rates are vastly different from region to region.
IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees of their Country that may occur. Canadian Import fee and shipping taxes are included in shipping fee.
RETURN POLICY
Returns accepted within 7 Days. Refund given as Money Back Return shipping paid by Buyer. Additional return policy details: Refund does not include shipping charges No Refund on color variation due to a difference in computers screens Photos of damaged items must be provided to confirm the damage ASAP.
SHIPPING TIMES
While packages generally arrive MUCH sooner, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for Domestic delivery & up to 4-6weeks for International delivery before resending/refunding for non delivery.The postal service is a fickle being.Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable and Priority Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times!
